Moisten the filter slightly with clean oil (20W-50),

always pressing it to distribute the oil equally,
removing the excess. If necessary, replace with a
new filter.
Combustion Engine - TRP 40G and TRP 400G
In the first 5 hours
Change the oil of the crankcase

Every 8 hours or daily
Check the oil level

Clean the area around the muffler and the controls

Clean the protective screen

Every 25 hours or annually
Clean the air filter

Clean the pre-purifier

Every 50 hours o annually
Change the engine oil

Check the muffler and spark arrester

Note: 1) In very dusty places or when particles brought by the air are present, clean more frequently.

Probable cause
1. Excessive filling.

Air filter - paper
Pass compressed air from inside to outside the filter

or knocking its base lightly against a flat surface. If
necessary, replace with a new filter.
Solution
1. Unplug the shredder. Open the lid and remove
the excess material into the machine. Close the
lid, turn the machine on and allow it to reach the
maximum speed then restart the work, controlling
the power to the machine.
1. Maintain continuous feeding, yet not overfeeding
which may cause shredder to jam.
2. Check the rotation of the machine conforms to the
below
technical characteristics (pág. 43).
1. Sharpen cutting blades as indicated in "Sharpening
of cutting blades" (pg. 49).
2. Do as item "Counter cutting blade" (pg. 49).
