Maintenance of the belts - TRP 400E / TRP 400G
To remove the belt protection and access the belts, move the belt tensioner lever to the idle position and
follow the instructions below:
1. Remove all bolts (1)
2. Remove all pressure washers (2)
To assemble, follow the reverse operation, making sure that the belts are assembled properly and the bolts
are duly secured.

3. Remove the belt protective cover (3)
4. Belts
Loosen the knob (1) and plain washer (2) attached
to the hook (3) and open the cover (4), thus gaining
access to the blades and disc.
With the cover (4) open, loosen the bolts (5) and
pressure washer (6) and remove the knife (7), if
necessary, to sharpen or replace the cutting blade.
When finished, assemble the blades in the right
position and retighten the bolts according to the
torque recommended on page 52.
Whenever performing this type of maintenance,
the machine's plug should be removed from the
electrical grid and the cutting disc should be stopped.
Wearing gloves is important to keep from cutting the
hands with the cutting blades.
