Metalúrgica TRAPP Ltda. warrants
this product to be free from
manufacturing defects for 12
(twelve) months from the purchase
date on the Invoice.
The legal warranty is included
in the warranty term stated in
the previous paragraph, which is
divided as follows:
T he first 3 (three) months - legal
warranty;
The following 9 (nine) months
- special warranty offered by
Metalúrgica TRAPP Ltda.
The legal and/or special warranty
covers:
M anufacturing defects such as
assembly error, material failure
and respective labor to fix the
problem after Metalúrgica
TRAPP Ltda. technicians or
accredited technicians attest the
condition.
Warranty Term
Notes:
All parts proven to be
defective will be replaced
for free. The product,
however, will not the
exchanged.
The purchaser will be
responsible for packaging
and transportation expenses
to TRAPP nearest Assistance
Shop.
This warranty will only apply
if product invoice is presented.
This product is subject
to technical specification
changes without previous
notice.
