Troubleshooting
If there is a problem, try the following suggestions. If the problem cannot be
solved, contact your equipment supplier or ResMed. Do not attempt to open the
unit.

agent. Under no circumstances should you attempt to service or repair the
unit yourself.
Problem
Device not working

Leaking water

Possible Cause
Power cord is not plugged
in properly.
Device not switched on.
Faulty power outlet.
The water chamber may
be damaged or cracked.
The lid may not be on
correctly.
Water chamber seal may
be twisted.
Side catches are not
engaged properly.
Solution
Check that the power cord is plugged
firmly into the power outlet.
Check that the switch at the back of
the device is in the ON position.
Try another power outlet.
Contact your supplier for a
replacement.
Press the lid down firmly.
Make sure the seal is seated properly
inside the water chamber.
Make sure the two side catches are
engaged properly.
