STROKE ADJUSTMENT SETTING, COLLET & NOSE HOUSING INSTALLATION
Refer to section 3.2 Nose Equipment and 3.3 Stroke Setting and Adjustment
OPERATION CHECK (Fig. 4)
•
Set 5-10 Neobolts and check for the following:
•
The tool does not slip
•
Swaging setting is done in one stroke
•
There is no pin tail damage on placed Neobolt
•
There is no abnormal noise
APPEARANCE CHECK
Inspect the tool for the folllowing:
•
Damage to the Handles (G) or Gear Housing Assembly (E)
•
Loose components and screws
•
Any oil spots on the housings
•
Peeling of the over mold (Rubber grip)
•
Blockage of Exhaust Vents (F)
•
Illegible or missing warning labels

5.3.1 TOOLS REQUIRED FOR MAINTENANCE:

21mm open end wrench, 1ea (Mast Housing)
•
2mm allen wrench, 1ea (Stroke Adjustment Pin)
•
24mm open end wrenches, 2ea (Anvil and Nose Housing)
