7.3.
PULIZIA GENERALE
Dopo ogni ciclo di lavoro, pulire
accuratamente la macchina e tutti
i suoi organi, aspirando trucioli e
polvere, e rimuovere eventuali re-
sidui di resina.
Usare l'aria compressa solo quan-
do è strettamente necesario, fa-
cendo uso di occhiali di protezione
e mascherina.
In particolare pulire le seguenti
parti (fig.4):
1) la rotaia A di scorrimento del
vagone;
2) le scanalature B del vagone;
3) l'estensione C della bandiera.
7.4.
LUBRIFICAZIONE
GENERALE
Pulire settimanamente e lubrifica-
re con un leggero velo di olio e
grasso, le guide A e B (fig.5), e le
viti senza fine del sollevamento e
inclinazione sega.
Proteggere tutte le cinghie e le
puleggie per evitarne la possibile
contaminazione con il lubrificante.
Per qualsiasi informazione o sug-
gerimento d'uso, rivolgersi al lo-
cale rivenditore SCM oppure al
costruttore.
7.5.
SOSTITUZIONE E
SMALTIMENTO
Qualora fosse necessario, le parti
della macchina devono essere
sostituite con componenti originali
di fabbricazione al fine di garantire
la loro efficacia.
Lo smaltimento delle parti sostitu-
ite dovrà essere effettuato nel ri-
spetto delle leggi in materia vigenti
nel paese di utilizzo.
La sostituzione di componenti ri-
chiede una specifica preparazio-
ne e competenza tecnica; per tale
motivo, suddetti interventi vanno
eseguiti da personale qualificato
al fine di evitare danni alla macchi-
na e rischi all' incolumità delle per-
sone.

7.3.
OVERALL CLEANING
After each working cycle,
thoroughly clean the machine and
all of its parts, vacuum the
shavings and dust and remove any
resin residues.
Use compressed air only when
strictly necessary, using protective
glasses and a mask.
In particular, clean the following
parts (Fig.4):
1)
the wagon sliding rail A;
2)
the wagon grooves B;
3)
the
swinging
extension C.
7.4. GENERAL LUBRICATION
Weekly clean and lubricate the
guides A and B (Fig.5) and the
worm screws of the saw lifting and
inclination mechanism with a thin
film of oil and grease.
Protect all belts and pulleys to
avoid contamination with oil.
Apply to your local SCM dealer or
to the Manufacturer for any further
information and advice.
7.5.
REPLACEMENT AND
DISPOSAL
Should replacement become
necessary, the machine parts must
be
replaced
with
components in order to guarantee
their efficiency.
The replaced parts must be
disposed of in compliance with the
laws in force in the country of use.
Component replacement requires
specific training and technical
skills; for this reason, the above
interventions must be carried out
by qualified personnel to prevent
damage to the machine and risks
to the safety of persons.
