Handling:
The framework can be lifted and moved from any of its sides using a pallet truck.
The vacuum pumps are slightly off centre on the framework. The pallet truck must
therefore lift from beneath the approximate centre of gravity of the pumps in order to
avoid any risk of tilting.
Fixing:
Once the framework has been correctly positioned, its four legs must be anchored to the
ground
Fit the bracket (optional).
Handling of the trays/draws EVISA E65 to E300:
The vacuum pumps are mounted on the trays/draws, which enables them to be pulled out from the chassis
to simplify maintenance or for pump removal.
Handling a tray:
Disconnect the vacuum and exhaust hoses from the required
pump.
Remove the tray's two retaining screws located at the rear of
the chassis (above the red head).
Using the two handles, pull out the tray until it reaches its stops
(the electric cable will freely follow the movement of the pump).
Placing a pump on the ground:
With the tray pulled out until its stops, remove power supply and
disconnect the pumps electrical connections.
For oil level security, vigitherm and temperature probe options,
identify and disconnect them.
Attach the pump to the chain hoist and, making sure that it has
been freed from the tray, lower the pump to the floor using the
hoist.
Note: Connection to the receiver must be made using piping of identical diameter to that used for the network
