PRACTICAL HINTS FOR TROUBLESHOOTING

FAULT
POSSIBLE CAUSES
1. Bad dew point
1.1.
Clogged silencer.
1.2.
Too low regeneration flow.
1.3.
R2 or R4 valve doesn't open.
1.4.
Dryer cycle doesn't operate.
1.5.
Automatic drains below upstream
filters not managed.
1.6.
Polluted drying system
(=dessicant).
1.7.
Too high air inlet temperature.
1.8.
Under dimensioning of the dryer
compared to the air flow.
2. Regeneration flow

A : In Service : The air is analysed through 'A' part.
The dryer is stopped and air can't pass there through

The regeneration time becomes 15 seconds instead of 4 minutes and the pressurisation time remains to 1
minute.
To stop the test operation phase:  Press
Operation /48H: by pressing
