a. Do not store a spare LP-gas cylinder under or near this appliance.
b. Never fill the cylinder beyond 80 percent full.
c. If the information in (a) and (b) is not followed exactly, a fire causing death or serious injury
may occur.
The pressure regulator and hose assembly supplied with the appliance must be used. The installation
must conform with local codes, or in the absence of local codes, with national fuel gas code, ANS
Z223.1/NFPA54, natural gas and propane Installation Code, CSA B149.1, or propane storage and
handling code, B149.2.
16. Seat and position propane cylinder in the bottom
plate (I). Fasten cylinder with propane tank strap (J).
17. Before connection, be sure that there is no debris
caught in the outlet of the gas cylinder, inlet of the
regulator valve or in the outlet of the burner and burner
ports. Ensure the propane cylinder valve is turned off.
Then connect regulator (R) to the cylinder as shown in
figure 17.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Before connection, be sure that there is no debris caught in the outlet of the gas cylinder, inlet of the
regulator valve or in the outlet of the burner and burner ports. Keep the propane cylinder valve closed
and disconnect the propane cylinder from the regulator valve when the fire pit is not in use.
