Checking the front brake pads for wear

REAR BRAKE
Checking the rear brake pads for wear
The state of wear of the brake pads can be checked
by observing the end of the 2 pads on the caliper
(see arrow) they should have a minimum thickness
of 2 mm.
In the case of a lower thickness, immediately replace
them.
Note:
Perform this check according to the schedule shown
on the chart at (p.98).
For replacement, contact a SHERCO authorized
service center.
Check for the presence of brake fluid through the

eye glass
The minimum brake fluid level should never be below

the eye glass
To restore the level proceed to fill by way of the
filler cap
WARNING
If the lever becomes too soft there could be an air bubble in the
system, if this is the case, immediately contact a SHERCO dealer.
NOTE
Use the oil indicated in
Lubricants and Fluids" table.
