9.6 DIAPHRAGM SET DISASSEMBLY

Remove the 2 nuts with a 13 mm spanner.
Disassemble the rod by pressing on the screw and by

pulling from the opposite side-towards the outside.

Remove the O rings and the "Y" packings.

9.7 DIAPHRAGM SET REASSEMBLY
A. Place the "Y" packings to the direction that they open outward.
B. Lubricate the "Y" packing, the O'ring and the slots with some lithium grease.
C. Tightening pressure of nuts : 8.83 Nm

INTAKE AND EXHAUST VALVE DISASSEMBLY
1. Press down the ball with a screw driver by using stopper of the lid to remove
the intake valve and the ball.
2. Remove the O'ring. Do not use any metal tool to avoid scratching the pump.
3. Remove the ball on the exhaust valve and pull the exhaust valve up with finger.
4. Remove the O'ring. Do not use any metal tool to avoid scratching the pump.

INTAKE AND EXHAUST VALVE REASSEMBLY
INTAKE Assemble the O ring on the valve - Insert the ball - Insert the valve
VALVE into its seat.
EXHAUST Assemble the O ring on the valve - Insert the valve into its seat -
VALVE Insert the ball.
PRECAUTIONS
During the reassembly of the lids on main body, do not reverse the delivery side with the suction one.

Hold flat face of center of the rod with a 12 mm span-
ner, and loosen the nut with a 13mm spanner on the

side where the diphragm has not been removed yet and
disassemble as described in point B).
TO REASSEMBLE REVERSE THE DISASSEMBLY

PRECAUTION: Pay attention to the assembly
direction of the "Y" packings (see the picture).
