- Gloves and eye protection MUST be worn
when handling concentrated chemical.
- Coffee CANNOT be served once the
cleaning cycle has begun.
- Ensure the "Coffee machine cleaning"
sign is clearly displayed.
- All circuits (Coffee, Milk and Chocolate)
are cleaned simultaneously:
ONE WASH CYCLE.
- Total cleaning time: 13 minutes.
- The dispenser spout DOES NOT need to
be taken apart to clean.
The machine MUST be cleaned at least once a day.

If a full clean is not completed in any 24 hour period,
the display shows a warning message for 1 hour
before the machine will stop dispensing coffee.

Remove the milk pipe
from milk container.
Put the milk container into
the backup chiller while
the clean takes place.

Place the cleaning box under the dispenser spout by
pushing down the tabs on either side and pushing the box
back until it is behind the black nozzles and the white pipe
connector engages.

Fully insert all parts of
the milk pipe into the
milk cleaning bottle for
cleaning.
