Exercising
The computer has 12 resident exercising programs. They all
differ significantly from one another in the intensity and
duration of the resistance required.
1. Exercising by resistance settings
a) Manual input of resistance setting
• (PROGRAM) "Count Up"
• (PROGRAM) "Count Down"
b) Resistance profile
• (PROGRAM) "1" – "6"
2. Exercising by pulse-rate settings
a) Manual input of pulse setting
• (PROGRAM) "HRC1 Count Up"
• (PROGRAM) "HRC2 Count Down"
b) Pulse profile
• (PROGRAM) "HRC3"
• (PROGRAM) "HRC4 "
Exercising by resistance settings
a) Manual input of resistance setting
(PROGRAM) "Count Up"
• Press "PROGRAM" until: Display: "Count Up".
At start of exercising, all figures count forwards.
or
• Press "SET": Setting zone
• "Plus" or "Minus": adjust resistance. At start of exerci-
sing, all figures count forwards.
(PROGRAM) "Count Down"
• Press "PROGRAM" until: Display: "Count Down"
The program counts from set values backwards > 0.
If no setting is made, exercising starts with program
"Count up".
At start of program, there must be at least one setting
in the setting zone.
• Press "SET": Setting zone
