6.3.1 Saving mixing parameter settings permanently
⇒ Select mixing parameter settings�
⇒ Press parameter key (3)�
♦ Mixing parameter symbol will appear in the display�
♦ Mixing parameter setting is displayed in large-scale characters for approx� 4 sec� or until another key
is pressed�
⇒ Set value�
⇒ Turn the control knob (1) to change the value�
⇒ Set further values as above described�
⇒ Save value�
♦ Press programme button „P" (2) until the acoustic signal can be heard (after approx� 2 seconds) which
means that all values in the selected programme have been permanently saved�
Individual values can also be saved permanently by pressing the relevant parameter button for
approx. 2 seconds.
6.3.2 Saving mixing parameter settings temporarily
⇒ Select mixing parameter settings�
♦ Press parameter key�
♦ Mixing parameter symbol will appear in the display�
♦ Mixing parameter setting is displayed in large-scale characters for approx� 4 sec� or until another key
is pressed�
⇒ Set value�
♦ Turn the control knob to change the value�
If the parameter key is not pressed again then the value will only be temporarily saved and will only be
applied to the next mixing process�
Once this process has been completed, the previously programmed values will again apply�
Any parameters, which are changed during the mixing process, also only apply to the current
cycle. At the end of this cycle, the previously programmed values will again apply.
6.4 Premix Function
You can choose to activate one of two different premixing functions:
• Premix function for plaster (26)�
• Premix function for investment materials (27)�
When one function is activated, the other is automatically deactivated�
The premixing process for both functions lasts no more than approx�
25 sec�
Depending on the amount and type of mixture in question, a good mix-
ing result can also be obtained from a shorter premixing process� If a
premixing function is activated in a program then its symbol will appear
in the display�
6.4.1 Activate premixing function
The process for the activation and permanent or temporary storage of the premixing function is the same
as that for changing a mixing parameter setting�
Only the following values can be set for premixing:
• 0:00 Premixing deactivated
• 0:15 15 sec� premixing
• 0:20 20 sec� premixing
• 0:25 25 sec� premixing
6.4.2 Deactivating the premixing function
⇒ Select premixing function�
⇒ Turn control knob until 0:00 is displayed in large-scale characters�
⇒ Press the parameter key for the pre-mixing function again until the acoustic signal can be heard
(after approx� 2 second)�
