Lifetime Limited Warranty

The lifetime limited warranty for your enamelled
cast iron cookware covers faulty workmanship
and materials when the product is used in a
normal domestic environment, and in accordance
with the care and use instructions provided. The
warranty does not cover damage from misuse,
commercial use, neglect, corrosive or abrasive
cleaners, over-heating or the normal wear and
tear of the product.
The benefits under the Le Creuset lifetime limited
warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies
under the law in relation to the product.
Warranty period
The lifetime limited warranty covers the product
for the lifetime of the original owner, whether
a self purchase or received as a gift.
Procedure for claiming
Print your name, contact number, address and
the nature of the complaint and attach it to the
product. Return the product to the retailer from
which it was purchased together with proof of
purchase.
For help and advice and if the retailer has closed
please contact the Le Creuset helpline detailed
below. The cost of returning the product to the
retailer is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Replacements
Defective products will be replaced free of charge
by a similar product, or one of equivalent value if
the product is no longer in production.
Replacement with the same colour cookware
cannot be guaranteed.

Le Creuset guarantees its products in accordance
with Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come
with guarantees that cannot be excluded under
Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a
replacement or refund for a major failure and
for compensation for any other reasonably fore-
seeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to
have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods
fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure
does not amount to a major failure.
