(Temperature display)
The temperature display serves to show the temperature of the product in the
tank and to adjust it when the machine is in "drinks fridge" mode.
Switch (A) in position "I": Machine powered and Mixer operating.
For GRANITA:
Switch (B) in position "I": Refrigeration system operating (granita).
For COLD DRINKS:
Switch (B) in position "II": Refrigeration system operating (drink).
To disable the FRIDGE (mixing only):

In the event of a probe failure, the display will read A1.

ALARMS
In case of probe failure, the display will show the following alarm messages:
"A1": Probe tank 1 disconnected
"A2": Probe tank 1 short circuit
"A3": Probe tank 2 disconnected
"A4": Probe tank 2 short circuit
"A5": Probe tank 3 disconnected
"A6": Probe tank 3 short circuit
During operation, the temperature display shows the temperature of the product
in the tanks, showing, every 3 seconds and in cycles, the temperature of the
product in one tank and then another.
To know which tank the temperature display is referring to, it is necessary to
look at the decimal point being shown.
