WARNING
1.
Electric Shock Hazard: Unplug the DeVilbiss iFill Personal Oxygen Station when cleaning. To avoid electric shock hazard, do not remove the cabinet. The cabinet
should only be removed by a qualified homecare technician.
2.
Electric Shock Hazard: Do not plug in or use product if cabinet is broken.

Electric Shock Hazard: Do not use a damaged line cord.
4.
Auditory alarm signal sound pressure levels that are less than ambient levels can impede operator recognition of alarm conditions.
5.
The surface temperature of the exhaust vents on the bottom of the unit may exceed 105.8°F (41°C) under certain conditions.
6.
When the device is used under extreme operating conditions, the temperature near the exhaust vents on the bottom of the unit may reach 131°F (55°C). Keep body
parts a minimum of 32" (81.2 cm) away from this area.

MR Unsafe
1.
Do not bring the device or accessories into a Magnetic Resonance (MR) environment as it may cause unacceptable risk to the patient or damage to the DeVilbiss iFill
Personal Oxygen Station or MR medical devices. The device and accessories have not been evaluated for safety in an MR environment.
2.
Do not use the device or accessories in an environment with electromagnetic equipment such as CT scanners, Diathermy, RFID and electromagnetic security systems
(metal detectors) as it may cause unacceptable risk to the patient or damage to the DeVilbiss iFill Personal Oxygen Station. Some electromagnetic sources may not be
apparent, if you notice any unexplained changes in the performance of this device, if it is making unusual or harsh sounds, disconnect the power cord and discontinue
use. Contact your home care provider.

This device is suitable for use in home and healthcare environments except for near active HF SURGICAL EQUIPMENT and the RF shielded room of an ME SYSTEM
for magnetic resonance imaging, where the intensity of Electromagnetic DISTURBANCES is high.
4.
Use of this equipment adjacent to or stacked with other equipment should be avoided because it could result in improper operation. If such use is necessary, this
equipment and the other equipment should be observed to verify that they are operating normally.
5.
Use of accessories and cables other than those specified or provided by the manufacturer of this equipment could result in increased electromagnetic emissions or
decreased electromagnetic immunity of this equipment and result in improper operation.
6.
Portable RF communications equipment (including peripherals such as antenna cables and external antennas) should be used no closer than 30 cm (12 inches) to any
part of the DeVilbiss iFill Personal Oxygen Station, including cables specified by the manufacturer. Otherwise, degradation of the performance of this equipment could
result.
WARNING - HANDLING WARNINGS
1.
Use extreme care when handling and filling an oxygen cylinder. Full oxygen cylinders are under pressure and can become a projectile if dropped or mishandled.
2.
NEVER transport the iFill Personal Oxygen Station with a cylinder connected to or stored on it, otherwise injury or damage can occur.
CAUTION
1.
Federal law restricts this device to sale by or on order of a physician.
2.
Do not operate the personal oxygen station without the filters installed.
3.
No lubricants other than those recommended by the manufacturer are to be used.
CAUTION
1.
Do not place this unit near other equipment or devices that create or attract electromagnetic fields. Placing the unit in electromagnetic fields greater than 10V/m can
affect its operation. Examples of such equipment are defibrillators, diathermy equipment, cellular telephones, CB radios, radio-controlled toys, microwave ovens, etc.
2.
When transporting the DeVilbiss iFill Personal Oxygen Station, be careful not to bump the unit or the connectors into obstacles. Otherwise damage to the oxygen
station may occur.
NOTE – Do not connect the device to an electrical outlet controlled by a wall switch.
NOTE – The 230 VAC DeVilbiss iFill Person Oxygen Stations have a Continental European AC line cord and a UK line cord. To reduce the risk of electric shock, these
plugs are intended to fit in a wall outlet only one way.
NOTE – DeVilbiss recommends leaving a full cylinder of oxygen with the patient AFTER setting up the personal oxygen station.
