muscle building fun and effective

IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS

WARNING: Make sure you read the following precautions and information before using your
appliance to avoid injury.

Safety instructions

1.
Before your starting to exercise, read the manual carefully and also always keep this manual with you.
2.
We recommend you ask your doctor for advice before starting a fitness programme. This advice is essential if you are
taking medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure or cholesterol level.
3.
Be aware of your body's signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. If you feel dizziness, nausea,
chest pain, back pain or other health symptoms stop the workout at once and consult your doctor before continuing.
4.
Check that the Swing Trainer has not been damaged before assembly. Check the nuts and bolts are securely tightened.
5.
Always follow the instructions when using the appliance. If you find any defective components while assembling or
checking the appliance, or if you hear any unusual noises from the appliance during use, stop immediately. Do not use
the appliance until the problem has been rectified.
6.
Use the appliance on a flat, clear surface. Do not use the appliance near to water or outdoors.
7.
Do not use a fitness appliance unless correctly assembled. You must also inspect your appliance periodically to ensure
that it remains in good condition. It is your responsibility to ensure that all users of the appliance are informed of all
warnings and precautions.
8.
Pregnant women, those suffering from heart problems, wearing a pacemaker, or suffering from disk problems or
balance disorders cannot use this appliance.
9.
Keep children and pets away from the appliance. The appliance is designed for adult use only. The appliance is not
suitable for therapeutic use.
10.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) whose physical, sensorial or mental capabilities
are impaired, or by persons lacking experience or knowledge, unless they are supervised or instructed in the use of
the appliance first by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play
with the appliance.

Never use the appliance after the consumption of alcohol or substances with an effect on your health, balance or
reflexes.
12.
Keep hands away from all moving parts. While lifting or moving the equipment, always do it carefully.
