DG1000Z series function/arbitrary waveform generator can be controlled remotely
via the following two modes.
User-defined programming
Users can program and control the instrument by using the SCPI (Standard
Commands for Programmable Instruments) commands. For more information
about the commands and programming, refer to the Programming Guide.
Use PC software provided by
Users can use the PC software Ultra Sigma of
Automation Explorer of NI (National Instruments Corporation) or Agilent IO
Libraries Suite of Agilent (Agilent Technologies, Inc.) to send commands to
control the instrument remotely.
This generator can communicate with PC through USB, LAN and GPIB (with the
USB to GPIB interface converter provided by
