Troubleshooting
Problem
The
device/adapter
becomes warm
during use.
When I place the
device on the
skin, it does not
release a flash.
The 'ready to
flash' light blinks
orange.
The ready to flash
light blinks
orange and all 5
intensity lights
blink as well.
The ready to flash
light does not
light up green.

Possible cause
This is normal.
Your skin tone in
the area to be
treated is too dark.
The device needs
to be reset.
The device is not
completely in
contact with your
skin.

Solution
No action required.
Treat other body areas
with lighter skin tones with
Lumea.
To reset the device take
the plug out of the socket,
wait for 30 minutes to let
the device cool down. The
device should function
normally again. In case it
doesn't work again,
contact the Consumer Care
Center in your country.
Place the device at a 90
degree angle on the skin
so that the integrated
safety system in in contact
with your skin.
