6.8 Manual torch neck change

NOTE
• Do not change the hand lever position during the change procedure! This will result in
malfunctions.
1 Insert hand lever through the cover into the bore.
2 Move the hand lever forwards in the direction of the torch neck past the pressure point to the
stop and take out the torch neck.
3 Insert torch neck into changeable body as far as it will go.
4 Push the hand lever toward the rear up to the stop and take it out, after locking it.

6.9 Automatic torch neck change

The ATS rotor torch change system is a peripheral device that performs the torch neck change
during the fully automatic welding process. Request order documentation on this or consult
special documents for the exact procedure.
