CAUTION

Burns caused by coolant spatter.
• Switch off the cooling circuit.

1 Remove the gas nozzle (9), contact tip (10) and tip adaptor (8) and
replace if necessary.
2 Clean weld spatter from the interior of the gas nozzle and spray it with anti-
spatter fluid.
3 Remount all parts in the reverse order.
DANGER
Risk of injury and device damage when handled by
unauthorised persons
Improper repair work and modifications to the product may lead to serious
injuries and damage to the device. The product warranty will be rendered
invalid if work is carried out on the product by unauthorised persons.
• Operating, maintenance, cleaning and repair work must only be carried
out by qualified personnel (in Germany, see TRBS 1203).
Please observe the attached 'Warranty' document. In the event of any doubts
and/or problems, please contact your retailer or the manufacturer.
