70 A, 110 A and 150 A, each based on a duty cycle of 60%. The cutting torch nozzles and
torch body axis are positioned in a straight line. The plasma nozzle, protective cap, swirl ring,
electrode and insulator are all wear parts that can be easily replaced by inserting or screwing
on spare parts. To protect the operator, the screw-on protective cap is equipped with a safety
cut-out mechanism, which will automatically interrupt the inrush current circuit if the protective
cap is removed.
6.2.1 Machine torch body
The machine torch body and handle tube have a cylindrical design. In combination with the
mount, the machine torch can be easily attached to an automatic guide carriage.
6.2.2 Cable assembly
The cable assemblies are tailored to the output currents of the cutting torch heads. They are
available in a standard length of 6 m with a direct or central connector.
