Packaging
If desired, use instrument trays to contain
instruments that are provided in sets.
Double wrap instruments in accordance
with local procedures, using standard
wrapping techniques such as those
described in ANSI/AAMI ST46-1993.
Sterilization
Use a validated, properly maintained
and calibrated steam sterilizer.
Effective steam sterilization can
be achieved using the following cycles:

Store sterile packaged instruments in a manner
that provides protection from dust, moisture,
insects, vermin, and extremes of temperature
and humidity.
Instructions for Use
1. After introducing the vein holder, place a
single suture through the apex of the graft
and tie to a hook or a fi xed point on its
posterior aspect.
2. Begin anastomosis by placing an everting
mattress suture of double armed suture at the
four o'clock position.
3. Place a running suture around the angle
at the heel to the eight o'clock position.
4. Seat the graft by traction on both ends
of the suture; remove the vein holder.
5. Complete anastomosis by running one end
of the suture around the apex of the graft and
tying at the midpoint of the opposite side.
