frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the
instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However,
there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If
this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception,
which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is
encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following
measures:
 Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
 Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
 Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which
the receiver is connected.
 Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
10 Manufacturer's Limited Warranty
Draeger Safety Diagnostics, Inc. (DSDI) warrants that this product will be free
from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a
period of 12 months. The period of this limited warranty shall commence on date
of original purchase. Implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are likewise
limited to a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase. Some States
do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above
limitation may not apply to you.
In the event that the product fails to perform as warranted, the sole remedy is that
DSDI will repair or replace (at its sole discretion) any part or component proven
to its reasonable satisfaction to be defective; provided, however, that DSDI is
notified of the warranty claim within ten (10) days of the user becoming aware of
the defect and that any such part is returned, upon request, to DSDI's facilities in
Irving, Texas within the warranty period. DSDI will assume the cost for freight for
warranty repairs.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY EXTENDS ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL END USER
OF THE PRODUCT AND DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE OR LOSS
RESULTING FROM MISUSE, ABUSE, ACCIDENT, NEGLECT, IMPROPER
INSTALLATION, OPERATION MAINTENANCE OR USE, AND/OR
MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL OR ENVIRONMENTAL CIRCUMSTANCES
SUCH AS CORROSION BY AMBIENT GASES OR LIQUIDS, EXCESSIVE
DUST, AND/OR OTHER DEPOSITS ON PARTS OF THE PRODUCT. THIS
LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER WARRANTED PARTS REPAIRED,
MODIFIED, OR ADJUSTED OUTSIDE OF DSDI'S FACILITIES IN IRVING,
