Attention!
Before making any kind of connection,
be
sure
disconnected.
Make sure the power source where the
shredder will be installed is compatible
with the data on the motor plate.
Make the connections shown on the
nameplate of the wiring diagram on
the engine according to the mains
voltage.
Make sure connections are well
insulated.
Turn on power source and check the
rotation of the motor.
If required, reverse the electrical
connection as shown on the engine
nameplate so that the engine works in
the correct direction of rotation.
Important:
Recently trimmed material must dry a little
before being shredded. It increases the
performance of the shredder, providing
better residue composting.
The equipment must be installed in an open, well-
ventilated environment on solid, flat ground.
Before turning on the equipment, check the direction
to which the shredded material will be casted.
Do not allow people to touch the machine while
being used or transported.
Do not lubricate, clean or adjust movable
components while they are moving or when the
machine is being lifted.

Shredder Usage
Gasoline
Supply
Avoid using gasoline stored for more than 7 days,
is
because this causes malfunction diminishing the
engine's service life.
Fill in the tank carefully not to spill the fuel.
Fuel only with common gasoline (not leaded).
Fuel tank capacity: 0.8 gal (3 liters) (6.5 and
10 HP Briggs & Stratton engine), 0.95 gal
(3.6 liters) (7 HP TRAPP / Lifan engine) and 1.7
gal (6.5 liters) (15 HP TRAPP / Lifan engine).
When maintaining or adjusting the equipment, do
not use your hands in operations that can be done
with specific tools.
Do neither use bad tools nor use them inadequately
(e.g. pliers instead of wrenches, etc.).
After maintenance or repair, make sure tools, cloths
or other materials/objects were not left inside gaps or
guides with movable parts.
When using the equipment, only one person must
give instructions and signalize the direction of loads.
Remove weird objects such as metal, glass or stones
before turning machine on.
Remove the protective cap only when the machine
is completely stopped and the engine is off.
Turn shredder on and wait for maximum revolution
to be reached to insert materials.
