Regularly check the belt tension. The belt is below
the side guard. Unscrew the guard to check the belt.
If required, adjust or replace it with a new one. An
over-tensioned or loose belt impairs the shredder
operation.

Position the feeding funnel (1) into the body
(2);
Fix the hinge shaft (3) at the hinge of the feed funnel
(1) and body (2) then lock the hinge shaft (3) with the
retaining ring (4);
To close (lock) the feed funnel (1), fit the pressure
washer (5), flat washer (6) and locking handle (7) in
the body (2).
After loosening the engine retaining bolts (3), move
the engine to the right and/or left until the proper
tensioning of the belt is achieved;
Retighten the motor fixing screws and reassemble
the belt cover.
Belt adjusting for TRR 250/260
The engine should be triggered only if the belt
tensioner lever (1) is in the relief position as it is
shown in Figure 3.
After starting the engine and it reaches the maximum
speed (3600 rpm), trigger the belt tensioner lever (1)
with your feet unlocking the hook (2) at the same
time according to what is shown in Figure 3.
Before turning off the engine, the lever stretcher
belts should be in the relief position.
