Select the material you want to shred and blend
organic material with leaves and wood logs to
facilitate shredding.
Depending on the hardness, some types of wood
may take a little longer to shred. Do not force the
equipment to avoid damage and loss of warranty.

to failure to observe the instructions in this manual.
Tractor discharge power indications -
TRR 280
Only operate shredder if properly connected to the
three connecting points of tractor, should be from 15
to 25 HP.
The shredder can be transported by a tractor.
However, if the equipment has to be coupled in the
place itself, it must be flat, compacted soil, of enough
dimensions to operate it.
Never lift the machine when tractor discharge power
is on.
Tractor fastening
Please carefully read the Operator's Manual as well
as the tractor and cardan shaft manufacturer's
instruction manuals.
The TRR 280 shredder is designed to be attached to
a tractor equipped with a Category II 3-clamp
hydraulic lift as shown in Figure 1.

Before connecting the equipment to the tractor,
check the indication of the tractor load capacity and
the machine weight.

Then, position both in a flat surface and make sure
any people are cleared from the area.
Slowly bring the shredder close to the tractor lift
arms, tilting the machine and holding it by the
funnel, resting on its wheels.
First connect the lower arms, then engage the upper
point.
The shredder is equipped with attachment pins for
category I and II tractors.
Check if the pins are properly fastened with the
respective security latch.
After fastening the machine to the tractor, check the
following instructions:
Remove the cardan shaft from its packaging
O
and separate the male and female.
For the measurement to cut the cardan shaft,
O
align the shafts of the tractor PTO and the
machine's PTO and check the distance
between the shaft ends.
The measurement between the PTO shafts shall
O
be divided by 1.3. The value of this division
will indicate measurement A. Mark the cardan
shaft with measurement A and cut off the
leftover as shown in Figure 2.
Measurement of the cut.
Dividing the measurement found between shafts by 1.3 will
provide the measure to cut the cardã shaft.
