Operator's requirements
All operators that use the equipment must be competent, and have the following characteristics:
Physical: good sight, coordination and capability to carry out all functions necessary to use the machine.
Mental: to be able to understand and apply the standards and safety precautions herein. Users must assure their
own safety and of others as well as avoid damage to equipment.
Education: users must have read, studied and understood this manual, graphs and diagrams. They must be
qualified and trained to use or maintain the equipment.
General Information and Product Application
Our Residues Shredders are designed to cut various
types of plant waste. The material is introduced
into the funnel, undergoes a shredding process,
resulting into small particles.
The Waste Shredders Model TRR 180/190 are
designed to shred pruning wood waste, twigs,
trimmings, shrubs, props and timbers up to 1.5 in
(4 cm) in diameter.
On the other hand, Models TRR 250/260 and 280
are designed to shred wood up to 2.7 in (7 cm) in
diameter, packaging waste or other wood structures
free of nails, wires or other metals. Any other use
endangers the integrity of the machine and the
safety of the operator.
TRR 180
EThis model is factory equipped with an electric
motor of 7.5 cv.
TRR 190
This model is factory equipped with a gasoline
engine 6,5 HP (Briggs & Stratton) or 7 HP (TRAPP /
Lifan).

TRR 250
This model is factory equipped with an electric
motor of 10 cv.
TRR 260
This model is factory equipped with a gasoline
engine of 10 HP (Briggs & Stratton) or 15 HP
(TRAPP / Lifan).
TRR 280
This model is driven by an axle, coupled to the PTO
of a category II tractor.
The maximum allowable rotation by the power
shuffle is 540 rpm. Higher rotations produce wear
and damage to equipment. The tractor power should
be from 15 to 25 HP. To attach the TRR 280 to the
tractor, a 6-splined cardan shaft should be used.
