Fixing the Handle and Base Parts
Follow the steps below to fix ergonomic handle to
the base:
Take the lower handle (1), connect the support hole

(2) to the pin (3), place the screw (4) and the washer
(5) and tighten the wing nut (6), then take the upper
handle (7), place the screw (8) and tighten the wing
nut (9). Then, secure the throttle cable (10) with the
screw (11) and nut (12) and finally attach the
retractable start support (13).
Note: Place the circuit breaker cord and the throttle cable (10)
so that it is not damaged.
Note:
The throttle cable must be placed and

fastened with a plastic clamp shipped
along with this manual, so that to prevent
accidental actuation of the throttle lever.
Follow the steps below change or service the belt:
With the wrench shipped along with the manual,

remove the screw (1), spring washer (2) and the belt
protection (3), then release the screw (4) until belt
tensioner (5) is released to remove the belt (6). The
belt used in this equipment is A-27 contitec.
To replace it place the belt (6) in the pulleys (7) and

manually press the belt tensioner (5) to the point
where the belt (6) is well stretched, then tighten the
screw (4) to check if the belt (6) was properly
stretched, press on the opposite face of the belt
tensioner (5) with your thumb. This movement must
be at most 10 mm to ensure that the belts do not
touch each other to prevent premature wear, then
replace the belt guard (3).

After completion, use the clamp that is in the manual

assembly to secure the throttle and power switch
cables to the ergonomic handle.
