8. LCD Display and Settings
Event Log
Route: Main Screen  Main Menu  Maintenance  2.5 Event Log
The above screen shows the event number, event date, time and event descriptions. Use the function keys (
view other events. The event number means the event code. The greater the event number, the newer the event. Old events will be
overwritten when the total number of events exceeds storage capacity (up to 1,000 entries can be saved).
Real Time Clock
Route: Main Screen  Main Menu  Maintenance  2.6 Real Time Clock
The screen above shows date and time.
Control & Test

1. BATT TEST: Enable or disable battery test. There are three choices:
ABORT – Cancels the battery deep discharge. Deep discharge can be aborted at any time during the battery discharge process.
DEEP – Fully discharges the battery. Recommended following initial installation and annually thereafter to ensure correct run time
values are displayed.
10 SEC – Discharges battery for 10 seconds. Recommended every 30 days.
2. BEEP ENABLE: Enable or disable buzzer.
3. COMMON BATT: If two UPS systems are sharing a common battery, the COMMON BATT setting must be turned on in both systems.

Language Setup
Route: Main Screen  Main Menu  Maintenance  2.8 Language Setup
The default setting is English. Other display language options include French, German, Russian, Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish and Polish.
