Pre-assembly of door frame
( 1 ) Lay wood or similar protective material (to guard against
scratches) under the angular frames 1
Depending on the rebate width, bolt the wall anchor 7
loosely to the angular frames 1R/L right and left using S6 +
S12.
( 1a ) Rebate width 55–120mm: set the wall anchor 7 fac-
ing inwards
[1.10c].
( 1b ) Rebate wider than 120mm: set the wall anchor 7 fac-
ing outwards
[1.10c].
If using other fasteners, make sure their load ab-
sorption capacity is at least equal to that of the wall
anchors 7 supplied.
( 2 ) Clearance X > 10mm
[1.10c].
Always fasten the bolt S6 pointing outwards through the
wall anchor 7
[1.10a].
Caution: the nut S12 must never be on the inside. This
would impair functional reliability!
Clearance X <= 10mm
[1.10c].
Fasten bolt S6 + washer U4 outside with wall anchor 7 and
nut S12 inside
[1.10d].
( 3 ) Garage doors without operators:
Clearance X <= 10mm
[1.10c].
Pre-install staple plate 93
to co-ord. height at measurement Y using S6 + S12 + U3
with angular frame 1

Assembly of the anchor tracks
( 9 ) Assembly of the anchor tracks. The anchor track 27 should
be used for all suspension tasks and must be split into the
necessary sections.
( 9a ) Insert an anchor track 27 with connecting bracket 28
into the track connector 6 on the left and the right,
and bolt to clip plate 29 using S6 + S12 in such a -
way that the plate can still be pulled out
( 9b ) If the distance to the wall is greater than 500mm, the
track connector 6 is fastened to the ceiling [1.30b].
( 10 ) Bolt the track connector 6 using an S6 + S12 finger tight to
the corner connection bracket 10
( 11 ) Attach the track connector 6 to the opposite corner-
connection bracket 10 and bolt both sides tightly using two

( 12a ) Wall fastening: Extend anchor track 27 with con-
necting bracket 28 and dowel using S8 + S9
( 12b ) Ceiling fastening: Bolt anchor track 27 + connecting
bracket 28 with S6 + S12 and dowel using S8 + S9
[1.30b].
Once aligned, tighten the clip plate 29 using S6.
Additionally, fasten the track mounting bracket 9 to the
ceiling, together with the anchor track 27 + connecting
bracket 28 + S6 + S12 + S8 + S9
Important: If the co-ord. height is more than 2126mm,
attach additional ceiling mounts to the front of the pair
of tracks 14
[1.30d].
