2. Electrical connection
Before connecting the appliance into the mains, make sure that the mains voltage matches that
required on the type plate:
– (for other plug standards, see the General Information on page 16).
– the ON/OFF switch is switched off (in the "0" position).
– the speed setting knob is turned to the left as far as it will go.
Plug the shaker into the mains using the mains lead. The plug for the mains lead is at the rear of the
appliance.
3. Assembly and accessories
Tray, small (accessory ECN 444-1382) and tray, large (accessory ECN 444-1383)
The tray is simply clipped onto and pulled off the appliance by hand. When clipping on the tray, make sure the
slot in the coupling area of the tray is in line with the lug on the eccentric of the appliance.
Tray-Assembly
Brief description
Test tube shaker is equipped with speed control.
Shaking is actuated by the pressure of the test tube on the tray.
What is new is the practical switchover function from periodic to continuous operation.
