7.6 REPLACING BUFFER BOTTLE CAPS

7.6.1 Prime the analyser with air.
7.6.2 Pull the buffer bottle cap away from the right angle connector.
7.6.3 Push the replacement bottle cap onto the right angle connector. Ensure that the right
angle connector touches the bottom of the buffer bottle.

7.7 REPLACING VALVE TUBING CONNECTORS

7.7.1 Prime the analyser with air.
7.7.2 Pull the tubing from the connector to be replaced.
7.7.3 Unscrew the connector from the valve assembly. Retain the rubber washer.
7.7.4 Ensure that the rubber washer is placed in the valve port then screw in the
replacement connector. Tighten the connector to finger tightness only. Do not overtighten
as this may damage the connector and close the port.
7.7.5 Push the tubing onto the new connector.

7.8 REPLACING CHASSIS TUBING CONNECTORS

7.8.1 Remove the analyser cover as described in sections 7.2.1.1 to 7.2.1.4
7.8.2 Pull the tubing from the damaged connector.
7.8.3 Unscrew the locking nut from the inside of the connector and pull out the connector.
7.8.4 Push the replacement connector into the hole and fix by screwing on the locking nut.
Do not overtighten as this may damage the connector.
7.8.5 Replace the tubing by pushing it onto the the new connector.
