Storage
If your shredder has not been used for a long
period of time:
1. Wash it with a damp cloth and mild
detergent. Dry with a clean and dry cloth.
2. Inspect whole equipment, and replace
damaged/worn parts.
3. Firmly tighten all screws and nuts (see table
"Torque Specifications").
Maintenance is essential to extend the life of any
farming equipment, to improve performance and
provide greater safety.

For every 10 hours of work
At the end of each working day, it is recommended to clean the machine so that its parts are always in

good working condition.
Lubricate the cardan adapter.

Perform a general inspection to check for leaks of hydraulic oil or the presence of damage parts.

Make sure the blades are in good condition, sharp and perfectly set.
O
For every 25 hours of work
Lubricate the bearings of the rotor through the lubrication points.
O
Lubricate cardan bearings through the lubrication points.
O
For every 50 hours of work
Make sure the belts are tight.
O
Make sure all nuts and bolts are tight.

4. Lubricate and cover the whole equipment
with canvas. Keep it in a dry place, protected
from weather conditions.
Follow these instructions to always have your
shredder in good working conditions.
Do not use a water jet to clean the
equipment. Water in the bearings can
damage them.

The operation times indicated in this manual are to
be used as a reference for normal usage conditions.
They can vary according to the type of service,
environment, seasonal factors etc.
