• BEFORE ANY CLEANING INTERVENTION REMOVE FROM THE BAG RESUSCITATOR
COMPONENTS RESIDUES, IF ANY .
• DECONTAMINATE THE RESUSCITATOR BAG BEFORE AND AFTER THE USE AS
DESCRIBED IN PAR.08
• This manual has to accompany the bag resuscitator to ensure the product traceability in
compliance with the 93/42/EC directive.
• The reading of this Manual does not imply the ability to use the bag resuscitator; the
manual gives instructions on the equipment maintenance and on its technical features.
• The bag resuscitator, like other resuscitation tools, has to be used by trained staff after
attending a special course or school.
• Connect the bag resuscitator only to accessories in compliance with the EN 1281-1
standard
• Use the bag resuscitator at a temperature range of +50 to -5 °C
• In case of storage do not expose the resuscitator to sun rays
• During the use, do not aim the bag resuscitator suction mouth on dust or other substances
that could pollute the air delivered to the patient.
• DO NOT replace the package, not even with one of a bag of the same type.
• DO NOT use the package to pack another bag resuscitator.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PACKAGING, STORAGE, AND TRANSPORT
The bag resuscitator is shipped NON STERILE, bagged in a cellophane sack packaged in a
cardboard box .
It is allowed to stack up to 5 MAX packed bag resuscitator.
The package is integrating part of the instructions manual of the bag since it reads THE LOT for
the product traceability, in compliance with the 93/42/EC directive.
DO NOT replace the package, not even with one of a bag of the same type.
DO NOT use the package to pack another bag resuscitator.
After cleaning, disinfection or sterilization interventions the operator has to perform before and
after the use, the bag has to be sealed in a sack suitable to maintain the obtained level of
cleanness, disinfection and sterilization and packed into the original package ready for the use.
