Select the menu 'set time' and press OK to set the time
on which the program has to start. Confirm the set
time by pressing OK.
Select the 'Set date' menu to indicate the day on
which the program has to start and press OK. Set the
required day using the left and right arrow keys and
press OK to set the date.
Save the settings after all settings have been entered
correctly. Select the 'save' menu item and press OK.
Switching off the timer function must be saved as
well.
After having set the timer, a clock will blink in the left
upper corner of the display.

Unload product
WARNING

Never touch the interior of the oven when it is hot without protecting your hands. Use oven
gloves.

Hold the grip with both hands when opening and closing the door.
The program goes to standby after having performed the program.
An alarm signal will sound if this has been set. This signal can be stopped by pressing OK.
Remove the spits
1. Firmly hold the spit.
2. Lift the side with the recesses and move the spit into the direction of the points. This will release the spit.
3. Also take hold of the other side of the spit and remove it.
4. Slide the meat products off the spit.
Remove the meat baskets/chicken racks (accessory)
1. Lift the meat basket/chicken rack on both sides.
2. Move the meat basket/chicken to the right or left side. This will release one side of the meat basket/chicken
rack.
3. Move the released side forward and remove the meat basket/chicken rack.
Remove the turkey spit (accessory)
1. Lift the turkey spit on the insert bearing side.
2. Move the released side forward and remove the turkey spit.
4.4.
Automatic switch-off
If no programme is active and no button has been pressed for 60 minutes, the STG switches off automatically.
Press and hold ON/OFF for 2 seconds to switch on the STG. This option can be deactivated or adjusted by a ser-
vice mechanic.
