Problem
The appliance does

Possible cause

Solution
Check if the mains plug is
inserted properly and its
wall socket is working.
Check if the appliance is
switched on.

Let the appliance heat up
for 60 seconds ('steam-
ready' light flashes). When
the appliance is ready for
use, the light turns steady.
Press the steam trigger fully
for a few seconds.

(refer to
section).
Place the appliance in an
upright position on a flat
surface after each usage.
This is normal.
