WARNING!
Burn and fire hazard!
High temperatures are produced when using the deep fryer.
If there is too little oil or fat in the oil reservoir, it could catch
fire. If there is too much oil or fat in the oil reservoir or if you
add too much food to the deep fryer, hot oil may spray out.
There is a risk of severe burns.
− Fill oil or fat into the oil reservoir at least up to the MIN
mark and not past the MAX mark.
− Fill the frying basket up to no more than two thirds of its
total height.
− Dry moist food before you deep fry it.
− When handling the deep fryer, wear oven gloves to
prevent burns.
WARNING!
Fire hazard!
If you melt solid fat in the deep fryer, drops of liquid fat could drip
onto the heating element, which is very hot. This may result in fires.
− Never melt solid fat in the deep fryer.
− If you would like to use solid fat, melt it in a suitable pot. Then,
when you fill the liquid fat into the oil reservoir, observe the
safety notes.
− Only fill the deep fryer with liquid oil or fat.
