What to do
Make sure that the cooktop is
connected to the mains and that it
is switched on. Check if there is a
power failure in your home or in
the area. If you have checked
everything and the problem
persists, call a qualified technician.
Unlock the buttons. Refer to the
instructions in the "Using the glass
ceramic cooktop" section.
Make sure the touch control area
is dry and use your fingertip when
touching the controls.
