To sauté
1. Choose a ceramic-compatible flat-bottomed wok or large frying pan.
2. Have all ingredients and equipment ready. Frying should be done quickly.
If cooking large quantities, cook the food in several smaller batches.
3. Preheat the frying pan briefly and add two tablespoons of oil.
4. Cook the meat, set aside and keep warm.
5. Stir-fry the vegetables.
6. When they are hot but still crisp, turn the cooking zone to a lower setting,
return the meat to the skillet and add the sauce pan and add the sauce.
7. Gently stir the ingredients to make sure they are heated through.
