Procedure in a warranty case
Please proceed as follows to guarantee fast processing
of your case:

Provide the purchase receipt and item number (e.g.
IAN 436152_2304) for all requests to verify the
purchase.

The item number can be found on the rating plate,
an engraved plate, on the front of your user manual
(bottom left) or on a label on the rear or bottom.

Please contact the customer service address stated
below by phone or email if you experience
malfunctions or any other defects. You will then be
given further information about how to proceed.
After having consulted our customer service, you
can return a product that has been proven to be
faulty to the provided customer service address
postage free. Attach the purchase receipt, descrip
tion of the defect and the time the defect occurred.
Exclusively use the address communicated to you to
avoid issues with acceptance or unnecessary costs.
Do not return the device as cash on delivery, bulky
goods, as express delivery or any other type of
special freight.
Return the device including all accessories included
in the scope of delivery at the time of purchase and
ensure adequate and safe transport packaging.
● Repair service
Repairs that are not covered by the warranty will be
carried out at our service branch and are subject to a
charge. Staff there will be happy to provide you with a
cost estimate.
We exclusively process devices that have been sent
adequately packed and with sufficiently postage.
Important: Please return your device to our service
branch in a clean condition and with corresponding
labelling of the faulty area.
We do not accept devices sent as cash on delivery,
bulky goods, as express delivery or any other type of
special freight.
We will assume any costs for disposal if you return your
faulty device to us.
