.. Cleaning the appliance for the fi rst time
To remove the dust residue from the packaging and any other possible residues
from the manufacturing process, wipe out the interior and the inner side of the
viewing window with a slightly damp, soft cloth before using the appliance for
the first time.
Ensure that no liquids penetrate the appliance and dry the surfaces completely
afterwards.
Clean the turntable plate, grill rack and rotary star in warm water with a little
washing up liquid before drying off these parts completely.

the appliance.
The mica waveguide cover in the internal cooking
area is not part of the packaging and must not be
removed!
Do not set up the microwave oven:
– near sources of heat
– near radios or televisions
– in the immediate vicinity of inflammable ma-
terials
– in a location prone to wetness or high humid-
ity.
Ensure that all packaging materials have been re-
moved from inside the appliance and the interior
of the door.
To ensure adequate ventilation, the clearances spec-
ified in figure 3 must be maintained. The spacer at
the back of the appliance must touch the wall. It en-
sures that the correct clearance is maintained when
positioning the microwave.
Do not remove the feet.
Connect the microwave to a convenient and easily accessible, earthed mains
socket.
