Finish cooking
1. Press the cooking-zone selection button of the area you wish to turn off.
2. Turn off the cooking zone by sliding the slider to the I position (more to the left). Make sure
the display shows "0".
3. Turn off the hob completely by pressing the power button.
Caution with hot surfaces

The hob will show H for any cooking zone that is still hot to the touch after use. The H symbol
will disappear once the surface has cooled down and reached a safe temperature. You can also
use a hot hob to save energy if you wish to heat more frying pans.
Using the Boost function:
Activation of the Boost function
1. Press the cooking-zone selection button.
2. Press the Boost button
maximum temperature.
Cancellation of the Boost function
1. Press the button of the cooking zone you wish to cancel.
2. Press the Boost button to cancel the Boost function, and the cooking area will return to the
original setting.

This function can be activated in any cooking area.

The cooking area will return to the original setting after 5 minutes.

If the original power setting is 0, it will return to 9 after 5 minutes.
Buttons lock

You can lock the buttons to avoid any unintentional use (e.g. children accidentally turning
on the cooking zones).

When the lock is active, all buttons will be disabled, except the On/off button, so you can
turn off the hob with this button in case of emergency, but you should unlock all buttons
when you turn on the hob again.
Locking the buttons
Press the lock button, the timer indicator will show 'Lo'.
Unlocking the buttons
Hold down the lock button to unlock the buttons.
