WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?
The warranty covers normal use of the product. It
therefore covers any faults that can be attributed to
the materials and manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
• Defects arising from not following transport and/or
storage and/or installation instructions.
• Abnormal or non compliant use of products; in this
respect, the Vendor encourages users to read the
user instructions provided with the products very
carefully.
• Routine
sharpening, cleaning, etc.) are not included in the

• Use of a non compliant maintenance product,

• Replacement of consumables (batteries, light bulbs,

appraisal fees. If the quote is agreed, a cheque made
out to the Vendor, corresponding to the amount of
the quote, should be sent to the Vendor.
In the event of abusive warranty application requests,
the vendor reserves the right to invoice processing
costs to the Purchaser.
HOW CAN I MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?
On presentation of proof of purchase (original till
receipt or original invoice), the shop will send the
Customer request to the after-sales service, for
repair, exchange or another solution (on condition
that the case is accepted after checking the cause
of damage).
In compliance with article L.217-16 of the Consumer
Code, when the Customer requests reconditioning
covered by the warranty from the Vendor, during
the commercial warranty given when purchasing or
repairing a product, any downtime period of at least
seven days is added to the duration of the remaining
warranty. This period is counted from the Customer's
request for assistance or when the item in question is
made available for repair, if the latter occurs after the
request for assistance.

Article L.217-4 of the Consumer Code:
The vendor shall deliver an item that complies with
the contract and shall be liable for any compliance
defects that might exist when the item is handed
over.
The vendor shall also be liable for compliance defects
resulting from packaging, assembly instructions
or installation if the vendor was responsible for
installation under the contract or it was carried out
under its responsibility.
1. If it is suitable for the normal use expected for a

• if it corresponds to the description given by the
vendor and has the qualities that the vendor
presented to the purchaser in the form of a sample
