Store batteries out of the reach of children.

If a battery is swallowed, seek medical
attention immediately!
First use

Clean the appliance before using it for the first time as de-
scribed in the Cleaning section.
Pull the cover of the battery compartment 8 off and insert the

supplied 1.5 V AAA, LR03 batteries to match the polarity indi-
cated in the battery compartment. Note that the appliance may
start unexpectedly if it is still on. Close the battery compartment
again.
