VERTICAL ELECTRIC PUMP VERTI SERIES
2. GENERAL
The VERTI pump is applicable to pressurisation of main pipelines, as well as pressurisation in
high-rise buildings, pressurisation of pressure tanks, sprinkler irrigation, drip irrigation, industrial
cooling and cleaning system, etc.
The pump can transfer clean water and other non-corrosive liquids with low viscosity; it does not
convey flammable, explosive, gaseous liquids and liquids containing suspended solids or fibres.
3. INSTALLATION
• The pump shall be positioned vertically as close as possible to the water level, in order to
obtain the minimum suction stroke and to minimise head losses, as shown in the figure
below.
• It is recommended not to install the pump more than 4 metres geometric height above
the water level.
• The pump must be fixed to a solid base with 6/8 mm diameter screws through the holes
provided in the cast foot itself.
• It shall be protected against flooding and shall be provided with dry ventilation.
