VERTICAL ELECTRIC PUMP VERTI SERIES
5. IMPLEMENTATION
Do not start the pump before the pump chamber is filled with water. Do not touch the electric
pump unless the power supply has been switched off for at least 5 minutes.
Do not disassemble the pump body unless the water in the pump chamber is drained..
1. In case no water is discharged after starting for more than 5 minutes with full water,
switch off the pump, refill the water or check the inlet pipe for leaks.
2. In case of frost/ice damage, open the drain plug to drain the water in the pump chamber.
When restarting the pump, open the drain plug, fill the water and tighten it, and then the
pump is usable.
3. In case it is not used for a long time, the water in the pump should be drained. The pump
body, impeller and bracket should be cleaned and coated with anti-corrosion oil before
placing them in a ventilated and dry place for use.
4. In case the pump is stopped for a long time, restart the pump according to the above
diagram.
5. In summer or when the ambient temperature is high, pay attention to ventilation, avoid
dew on the electrical parts, which will cause electrical failure.
6. In case the motor is hot or abnormal, turn off the power immediately and follow up the
faults according to the following table.

Turn the fan blade before start-up, check whether
the pump rotation is flexible, then unscrew the water
filler cap, fill the pump chamber with clean water
from the injection hole, then tighten the screw after
the air is completely discharged.
The valve should close tightly when the pump is
started.
Once the pump discharges water and operates
normally, adjust the valve to the required flow rate
(the working range is shown on the nameplate).
