Quality control (QC) checking
These settings are for quality controls. Quality
control lots can be used to automate QC check-
ing. Enter and edit information of quality control
lots here. If POCT1-A2 is in use, information of a
new lot to be sent to LIS/HIS can be entered here,
but cannot be edited manually.
QC checking can be configured to give a warn-
ing only or it can be configured to disable patient
measurements if the quality control measurement
is outside the critical limits. A successful qual-
ity control measurement will re-enable patient
measurements. Setting QC checking OFF and ON
again will also reset QC lock and re-enable patient
measurements.
To turn QC checking on, choose
ter the ADMIN password, QRGOSET (see Image

QC lock: If this is chosen, the instrument will
be locked if a quality control result is outside
