Possible solution
Press the lock button.
Reset Front hand guard
Replace fuse
Check RCD (Residual Current Device)
Check mains supply
Check saw chain tension
Check oil tank level
Clean oil holes and clear the groove around the edge of the saw chainbar.
Check saw chain tension
Oil the guide bar sprocket nose
Check/modify saw chain direction
